How to add applications in Business/Enterprise account of SmartSignin?

To add an application in business/enterprise account of SmartSignin follow the below mentioned steps:

  1. Sign in to your SmartSignin account through this link.
  2. Click on 'Applications' section in the left navigation.
  3. Click on 'Add Applications' tab from the top menu as shown below:

Fill the following form fields and hit the 'Submit' button:

  • Application friendly name: To identity and differentiate the application from others.
  • Application name: This field will automatically be populated with the name of the application once you select an application from the list that comes up on clicking 'Search for an application' button.
  • Create or Assign Groups: Every application needs to be assigned a group for easier management.

Don't see the application you are using in our library?

If you want to add any internal applications that are running behind the enterprise firewall or any SaaS applications that are not listed in our library, you can select "Suggest an application" tab and use the form to send the app details to the PerfectCloud team. These applications will be added to the library in minimum of 8 hours. If these are internal applications we can then SAML enable them for SSO by providing sample toolkits in multiple programming languages.
